RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS
All items purchased are final sale!
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds; however, we will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

SHIPPING
After you place an order on StylesbyRedwood.com, we will send you two emails:
- The first email confirms that your order has been received.
- The second email confirms your order has shipped.
Please allow us (2) business days to process your order. Once you receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, you may check the status of your order by clicking on order status at the bottom of our site. Our orders are shipped via the USPS.
*Orders placed on the weekend and holidays may require additional business days to process.
TRACKING/SHIPPING ISSUES
The USPS is responsible for the delivery of packages. In the event you are unable to locate your package, we recommend contacting your local post office.
Styles by Redwood WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
ORDER STATUS CHANGE
We make every attempt to ensure that items you have ordered are available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know. If we do not expect to receive your ordered item back in stock, we will cancel that item from your order. You will not be charged for the canceled item.
